Last month I went ,with my mom, to a concert from Pablo Alborán in Barcelona. The concert was spectacular and very emotional. But there was a moment when Pablo Alborán was singing that started to cry a little bit. He cried because these was his last concert in his tour. The action from him to cry did the public become excited. This action made me thought and I arrived in a conclusion. Maybe you can think that I'm a numb or bad person but I think that this action was a staging. All the artist did this things? In all his concerts cry? I don't know it. I don't know if Pablo Alborán was been sincere in this moment. But I really think that all was a staging.
In class we are talking about festivals. I was searching in my house when I found Albuquerque International Ballon Fiesta that impress me a lot.
This festival take place in New Mexico, Albuquerque during nine days on October. These days over 500 balloons fly in the sky.
The Ballon Fiesta began in 1972 when 770 KOB Radio celebrated a 50th birthday. The manager Dick McKee asked the first owner to had a air balloon in New Mexico if KOB cold use his new hot-air balloon as part of the festivities. Then they talked and decided overcame the record of England with 19 balloons. They wanted did it with 21 pilots, but the bad weather kept some of them from arriving in time, finally the festival had 13 balloons in the sky.The first festival incorporated a "Roadunner-Coyote Balloon Race", this rice has continued as part of the Ballon Fiesta today.
The Ballon Fiesta grew each year for decades and today is the largest balloon convention in the world.
When I found this festival, I fall in love, is a amazing festival is my opinion. The pice of information that affect me was: The pilots of the balloons are prepared very early, approximately at 4 a.m. Overnight Pilots and their teams illuminate illuminated balloons to show the people in the dark .
